Ingredients:

For the Acai Bowl:

  • 2 packets (about 200g) frozen acai puree
  • 1/2 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Topping:

  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (such as blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 1 kiwi, sliced
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar (or more, to taste)

Directions:

  1. Break the frozen acai packets into smaller pieces and place them in a blender.
  2. Add the frozen banana, almond milk, honey or agave syrup (if using), and vanilla extract (if using) to the blender.
  3. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender if needed.
  4. The consistency should be thick, similar to soft-serve ice cream. If it’s too thick, you can add a little more almond milk to help with blending.
  5.  Pour the acai mixture into a bowl.
  6. Arrange the mixed berries, sliced kiwi, and granola on top of the acai base.
  7. Drizzle the agave nectar over the toppings for a touch of sweetness.
  8. Grab a spoon and enjoy your delicious and refreshing acai bowl immediately!
