Acai Bowl with Mix Berries

Ingredients:
For the Acai Bowl:
- 2 packets (about 200g) frozen acai puree
- 1/2 banana, frozen
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, for sweetness)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Topping:
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (such as blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
- 1 kiwi, sliced
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar (or more, to taste)
Directions:
- Break the frozen acai packets into smaller pieces and place them in a blender.
- Add the frozen banana, almond milk, honey or agave syrup (if using), and vanilla extract (if using) to the blender.
- Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender if needed.
- The consistency should be thick, similar to soft-serve ice cream. If it’s too thick, you can add a little more almond milk to help with blending.
- Pour the acai mixture into a bowl.
- Arrange the mixed berries, sliced kiwi, and granola on top of the acai base.
- Drizzle the agave nectar over the toppings for a touch of sweetness.
